Payment Policy

How payment works

Battle of Brains sells game credits and subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment providers, Paddle and PayPal. When you pay through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record, which means your contract for the payment itself is with Paddle. When you pay through PayPal, you buy from us directly and PayPal processes the payment. We never receive or store your card details.

Prices and currency

Prices are charged in US dollars (USD). An amount shown in Bahraini dinars or another currency is shown for guidance only; the final figure is confirmed in US dollars on the payment provider's checkout before you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees on top of that.

What you receive

A game pack adds credits to your balance immediately after the payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire. One credit is consumed when a battle starts. A subscription grants a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each billing period.

Refunds

Game credits and subscription periods are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for credits that have been issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights, and it does not override the policies of our payment providers: Paddle and PayPal may issue a refund under their own terms, and your card issuer may reverse a payment. Where that happens, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

If a battle fails because of a fault on our side, the credit for that battle is returned to your balance automatically. If that has not happened, contact us and we will put it right.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your allowance until the end of the period already paid for.
