How do game credits work?
One credit starts one battle — however many modes and categories you pick. Creating a lobby costs nothing; the credit is only consumed when the battle actually starts. Credits never expire.
What happens if a battle gets interrupted?
If a battle is aborted within minutes of starting, or breaks off barely played, the consumed credit returns to your wallet automatically — no need to contact anyone.
How do subscriptions work?
A subscription gives you a monthly game allowance at a lower per-game rate. The allowance is available while the subscription is active and inside its paid period — when the period ends or a renewal payment fails, it pauses until payment succeeds. We email you a reminder before your period ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your billing page in one click. Your allowance keeps working until the end of the paid period, and you can resume before it ends if you change your mind.
How do payments and refunds work?
Checkout is handled by Paddle or PayPal — they process your payment and send your receipt; we never see your card details. You are charged in US dollars; a price shown in another currency is for reference. Money refunds are handled case by case through support, and a refunded purchase returns its game credits.
